I recognize that the decision to enter therapy is one of courage and vulnerability. I work from a core belief that we all deserve a fulfilling, enriching, empowered life that allows for healing, connection, and relationship. Therapy can be useful for gaining self-awareness, increasing self-esteem, managing stress, and getting support through challenging life transitions. Therapy offers effective ways of learning to cope with difficult emotions and the impact of trauma and can help to build strong relationships and connections. This involves learning to recognize and identify patterns in our lives that no longer serve us and create a sense of shame and disconnection from ourselves and others.

I view therapy as a collaborative process and will partner with you in identifying your personal goals. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and strive to provide a warm, safe, nonjudgmental, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapeutic environment.

Whether you’re stepping into therapy for the first time or seeking support in a culturally attuned and understanding environment, I am here to walk alongside you on your path to healing.
